Nomi was a great friend of GARNA and we are sad to hear of his passing. In lieu of flowers, his family requested donations be made to GARNA. We are honored to be able to continue Nomi's legacy and take care of our public lands through education and stewardship.
GARNA inspires a conservation ethic by providing educational opportunities and experiences so that those who live, work, and play in the Upper Arkansas Valley are motivated to take care of the natural resources and leave a legacy of responsible use of the natural environment. A portion of the proceeds will be dedicated to the Brett Beasley Memorial Scholarship.
Together, Nomi and Brett were great friends to each other and to GARNA, and critical in establishing some of the Upper Arkansas Valley’s public lands initiative, such as the Fourmile Travel Management Plan.
