Edible Mushroom Hike with the Asian Palate

Join culinary masterminds Eddie Sandoval and Agnes Heller from the Asian Palate in Buena Vista for a very special mushroom hike! Agnes has been exploring the world of mushrooms for over 20 years and has worked side by side with Eddie for 13 years at the Asian Palate. Together, they will help us identify mushrooms in nature, explain how they use mushrooms in their cooking, teach us how to sustainably harvest mushrooms and leave us with stellar recipes and tips to bring the delicious flavors home.

We will reach all five senses during this hike! The Asian Palate team will prepare delicious mushroom dishes to share with the participants as a special addition to this experience.

**Our anticipated hike date is Tuesday, August 17th. And those wild mushrooms wait for no one! We may alternate the hike date to August 3 or August 10 if the mushrooms are coming up sooner. If we need to change the hike to sooner, we will give a week's notice. You will be eligible for a refund if you cannot attend, and we hope you can still make it!**
